The festival is really well organised in every detail; it is able to fill the old town with scents, sounds, colours, voices, emotions and so many many people. During these days, the old town looks as if it is wearing a new dress: every square and every alleyway exalt good food and authentic flavours. The festival takes place every year in mid-November in the old town centre of Gravina, at the same time as other towns in the Murgia area.
