Description
Every year by the end of October Paraskevi village celebrates about the production of tsipouro. The cauldrons are the final act of a process that began in the spring when the first grape appeared on the young shoot and ends in the flower of the cauldron. It is the utilization of the last remnants of the grape. The viticulturist sees that the liquid that runs from the lula contains the toil and the agony, the constant struggle with the elements of nature, the joys and sorrows of the past year.
